Hammoudeh Food Industries Co. was established in 1987 and is part of the Hammoudeh group of companies first founded in 1962.
The company began its production in a simple factory located on their farm. The success of its products, made from 100% fresh cow’s milk, resulted in a remarkable increase in demand above that of the factories production capacity.
In 1989, the company’s management decided to establish a modern factory to produce traditional dairy products such as Yoghurt, Labaneh and Cheese, in addition to new products such as sterilized milk, flavored milk and juices.
In 1991, production at the new factory started, which was equipped with the latest technology in dairy processing and product packaging. This quickly established Hammoudeh Food Industries Co. as the leading dairy processing company in Jordan.
The Hammoudeh farm is considered one of the largest farms in Jordan, with a herd of 3000 Holstein dairy cows, which makes it ideal for fresh milk production.
The farm utilizes the latest technology and machinery during all stages of milk production; automated feeding systems, in addition to animal care and monitoring systems, are in place to ensure herd health and performance
